The Uxbridge Youth Centre is excited to announce a new series of free events for youth ages 11+, ranging from outdoor adventure programs to cooking and stress relief workshops!
The Ontario Trillium Foundation has provided a grant to fund the introduction of these programs as an expansion to one of the Centre’s most popular stress relief workshops – “How To Deal.” In expanding upon this workshop, the Youth Centre’s goal is to explore the concept of “healthy body, healthy mind.” This will be achieved by providing youth with free access to exciting programs that address the physical, emotional and social components of that concept. This includes programs such as yoga, meditation and relaxation classes, treetop trekking, geocaching, rock climbing, escape rooms, and cooking classes.
Register for these free programs by contacting the Youth Centre at 905 862 3456 or firstname.lastname@example.org
