Monday Motivation

Exercise is an important part of life that has positive effects on mental and physical health. This is a weekly program that will inspire you to stay healthy and active during the summer months. Use this card to configure a daily activity! Using the prompt of the week, choose a word and do the exercises associated with each letter of that word. (EX: If your name is John, do the exercises associated with the letters J, O, H, and N.)

Monday Motivation: Summer Fun!

This weeks Monday Motivation routine is all about your favorite summer activity!

For example, if you choose Swimming then your challenge is to complete the exercise listed beside each of those letters:

  • S – 10 Jumping Jacks
  • W – 30 Sec Wall Sit
  • I – 30 Sec High Knees
  • M – 10 Jumping Jacks
  • M – 10 Jumping Jacks
  • I – 30 Sec High Knees
  • N – 30 Sec High Knees
  • G – 30 Sec Wall Sit
