Become a youth ambassador, lead community projects, earn high school volunteer hours, and organize major community events like Youth Job Fairs, Open Mic Nights, Peer Workshops, Tournaments, and more. This series of workshops empowers you to make your voice heard.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW & LEARNING MODULES

Module 1: Leader Recruitment & Youth Advisory Board Setup

Focuses on recruiting and onboarding a diverse cohort of 20+ youth leaders through targeted school outreach and peer campaigns to establish the Youth Advisory Board (YAB). Participants build group trust, form volunteer steering committees, and establish collaborative working agreements.

Schedule: Fridays in Fall & Winter

Module 2: Core Leadership, Facilitation & Event Planning Training

Delivers practical training in workshop facilitation, public speaking, teamwork, conflict resolution, and project planning. Youth master event budgeting, marketing, risk management, and workshop design across art, music, gaming, and mental health topics.

Schedule: Fridays in Winter & Spring

Module 3: Youth-Led Programming, Peer Workshops & Event Delivery

Empowers trained youth leaders and volunteers to coordinate and facilitate 15+ peer-led events and workshops. Key deliverables include Open Mic Nights, art/music jam sessions, esports tournaments, mental health discussions, and community eco-action projects.

Schedule: Mondays & Fridays in Spring & Summer
